1 Acceptance

The use of the Mannequin Head Recycling Project (will be referred to as the MHRP for the duration of this page) Terms and Conditions
The MHRP is a website organization. Your access to and use of the MHRP website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

2 Donations/Credit Card Policy and Details

MHRP is a website for fundraising and informational purposes. The website provides ways for people owning mannequin heads such as those used by beauty school students, to donate the heads to us to help keep them out of the landfills.  MHRP allows visitors to donate money via Paypal if they so desire. This donation is not a recurring fee and the client will not be charged again for this purpose unless client wishes to donate to the MHRP site again.  All credit/debit card information and transactions will be handled solely through paypal and will not be used, viewed or stored on our site or in our databases.  We are not a 501C3/non-profit organization.  Any donation you make towards MHRP is not tax deductible and if donaters file their donation as such, they do so at their own risk and free-will and MHRP will not be held accountable for their actions or outcomes of their actions.

3 Refund Policy

Once money is donated to the MHRP, it will not be refunded.  This transaction is final and is non-refundable.  If there is a problem or error concerning your donation, you may contact us via the Contact Us link or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will resolve the issue at our discretion.

4 Email Policies

The MHRP never sends unsolicited email to anyone.  If you want to contact us via email, we may ask for client information, including their email address to easily respond to your inquiries. We at MHRP, respect the privacy of our clients, donaters and free users, and will not for any reason spam, solicit, sell or give your email or any other information to third parties. We at MHRP only ask for this information, solely for communication purposes concerning your donation, questions, comments, complaints and ideas.

5 Standard Mail Policies

MHRP never sends unsolicited standard mail to anyone. The sole reason for ever asking for your physical mailing address, is to send you awarded prizes or receipts of donations. You may contact our webmaster at anytime by clicking the Contact Us link located on every page of our site near the top of the page on the left side under our Main Menu.

6 Advice

The contents of the MHRP website does not constitute REAL advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision. This site is for fundraising and donation purposes only and whatever visitors do after visiting our site, they do so at their own risk and free-will and MHRP will not be held accountable for their actions or outcomes of their actions.

7 Change of Use

MHRP reserves the right to:

7.1 Change or remove (temporarily or permanatly) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that MHRP shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and:

7.2 change the Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. If Terms and Conditions do change, it will be posted for all visitors to see on the News portion of the site.

8 Links to Third Party Websites

The MHRP Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites by MHRP and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

9 Scholarships

The MHRP Website offers scholarships to eligible students.  Every school that sends us 50 heads, we will create a $100.00 scholarship to exclusively go to a student of that school.  For example, if Joe's Beauty School sends us 500 heads, we will set aside $1,000.00 in scholarship money to be awarded to that school, when funds are available.

(500/50 = 10 x $100 = $1,000.00)

For every 50 heads after, MHRP will also send $100.00 scholarships for as long as the heads continue to be sent from said school within a calendar year beginning January 1st through December 31st.

Scholarships will be awarded to schools on a first come first serve as funds are available basis.  If Joe's Beauty School sends us 100 heads, and then Bob's Beauty School sends us 150 heads, we will award Joe's Beauty School their scholarship first as funds become available for us to do so, followed by Bob's Beauty School when funds are available again. It may take time to receive your scholarship depending on finances and availability of funds associated with MHRP, but all who qualify will receive the scholarship amount the qualify for.

The annual scholarship will be announced at a later time as details are adjusted, but will be available to eligible students who qualify accordingly.

10.1 All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the MHRP Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to MHRP, or otherwise used by MHRP as permitted by law.

10.2 In accessing the MHRP Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the website for personal, non-commercial home use only and the printing of the flyer and posting it in a place of business.

11 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 The MHRP Website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

11.2 To the extent permitted by law, MHRP will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the MHRP Website.

11.3 MHRP makes no warranty that the functionality of the MHRP Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of MHRP for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of MHRP or that of its employees or agents.

12 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MHRP and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damage, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against MHRP arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

13 Severence

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
